What does one revision include?+
Send all your requested changes together after reviewing your first proof. Every package includes one consolidated revision, so collect your team’s feedback before sending it.
Can you print our shirts or banners?+
These packages cover digital design. You’ll receive high-resolution PNG artwork to share with your printer. Check your printer’s file and size requirements before ordering.
How fast can we get our design?+
The current first-proof timeline is 3–5 business days after payment and your completed brief. Have an event coming up? Email us before ordering to discuss your deadline.
Can I change my brief after submitting?+
Yes—email mascothaus@gmail.com with your team name, the email you used for your order, and the details you’d like to change. Please contact us as soon as possible rather than submitting another brief. If design work has already started, we’ll confirm how the changes affect your order and timeline. Feedback on your first proof is handled through your included consolidated revision.
